Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.


UK Delivery Options

All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail with the following methods and insurance options:

Delivery times typically range from 1–4 working days depending on the selected service and your location.


International Delivery Options

Please note – the customer will be liable to pay any local import fees/taxes incurred in their recipient country to receive the product.

Shipping Policies

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and external factors such as weather or carrier delays, which are outside our control.

Delivery Tracking

If your order is shipped with a tracked service, you’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returned and Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or being unclaimed, a reshipment fee will apply to cover the cost of sending it again.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

  • UK: A parcel is considered lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
  • International: After 20 working days (Europe) or 30 working days (Rest of World).
    Please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Sustainable Packaging

We use right-sized boxes, recycled or recyclable materials where possible, and minimal plastic. If you have suggestions, we’d love to hear them.
